Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and special events.
• Maintain professional appearance and represent the Fanatics brand positively.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and assist with shopping to create an enjoyable experience.
• Process sales transactions using the Fanatics POS system.
• Maintain floor/stockroom standards with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team to deliver brand and fan experience.
• Support management with additional responsibilities as needed.
