Job summary

Clemson University Athletics is seeking Gameday Operations Staff for multiple support roles at Clemson Athletic events. Roles include Clock Operators, Parking Supervisors, Gate Supervisors, and Stadium Supervisors.

Responsibilities involve supervising staff, managing gate and parking operations, and assisting fans with service needs. Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma and experience with collecting, scheduling, processing, and reporting information in a data processing

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience in data handling and reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee specific gameday operations.
• Assist with supervising event staff and run-of-show tasks.
• Manage stadium gate operations and gameday parking oversight.
• Troubleshoot ticket scanning equipment and assist fans as needed.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and track on-site statistics.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Clemson University Athletics is looking for Gameday Operations Staff for the following support roles:

The responsibilities of the above positions will be to assist the full-time staff with supervising and overseeing specific gameday operations at Clemson Athletic sporting events, including, but not limited to, supervising event staff, managing stadium gate operations, oversight of the gameday parking operations, troubleshooting issues with ticket scanning equipment, providing customer service support to fans, collaborating with law enforcement personnel, tracking statistics, assisting with run-of-show, and performing other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma
• Work Experience: Work experience in collecting, scheduling, processing and reporting information in a data processing environment.
