Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University seeks a hands-on Facility/Events Coordinator to support NCAA Division II athletics. You will manage gameday operations, facility upkeep, and day-to-day athletic department functions for multiple programs.

You will coordinate internal and external events, supervise student staff, operate AV and scorekeeping equipment, and ensure safe, smooth event execution, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Bachelor's degree required.

• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to coordinate with student staff and vendors.

Responsabilités

• Work as game manager for NCAA Division II athletic programs.
• Assist in coordination and production of internal & external events.
• Aid in athletic gameday setups, transitions, and breakdowns.
• Promote student employee success through supervision and training of staff.
• Schedule student staff, maintain payment records, and communicate event needs.
• Perform indoor and outdoor facility upkeep and maintenance.
• Operate scorekeeping and AV equipment; handle limited heavy machinery.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• All other duties as assigned.
