SGA Lists is seeking VIP servers for Washington Commanders home games and special events at Northwest Stadium. The role involves delivering exceptional food and beverage service in premium areas, requiring professionalism, attention to detail, and strong guest communication in a busy stadium environment.

Ideal candidates will have hospitality or banquet experience, excellent customer service, and the ability to stand for extended periods while working evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, fine dining, banquet, or stadium/event service preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain composed and professional in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding food and beverage service to VIP guests in suites, clubs, and premium seating areas.
• Greet guests warmly and professionally while anticipating their needs throughout the event.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, beverages, and daily specials.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address questions or concerns.
• Prepare, maintain, and reset service areas before, during, and after events.
• Ensure service areas remain clean, organized, and stocked.
• Process transactions accurately when applicable.
