Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the Local Eats team at the NFL stadium, coordinating staffing, shifts and operational coverage for all concessions during gameday and events.

This role involves scheduling, payroll support, trainings, coordinating nonprofit fundraising, ensuring labor-law compliance, and collaborating with culinary, sales and operations teams to deliver seamless guest food and beverage experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes.
• Ability to be self-motivated and work independently and work well as a team player.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling employees across all concessions locations while aligning staffing levels with expected attendance, kickoff time, and event type (regular season, playoffs, concerts, etc.)
• Assist with time and payroll processing for the department
• Assist with in‑person trainings
• Assist with coordinating nonprofit organizations participating in concessions fundraising programs; tracking participation, hours worked, and confirm documentation for payouts/donations
• Ensure all staff and nonprofit participants comply with labor laws, health regulations, proper credentialing and company policies
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with culinary, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of guest food and beverage requirements.
• Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
• Available to work non‑traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays)
