Job summary

LEGENDS GLOBAL is seeking Event Support staff to assist with game-day operations, uniforms, meals, and staffing of temporary labor. The role reports to the Human Resources Department and requires strong customer service skills and the ability to handle large crowds.

Ideal candidates are self-starters who can work long shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays, while maintaining positive guest service and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work long periods standing, walking, and lifting.
• Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must prioritize calls and communicate effectively to supervisors and emergency personnel.

Responsibilities

• Assist employees with clocking in and out.
• Direct employees, temporary workers, and non-profits to assigned locations.
• Launder, organize and distribute uniforms; collect them after events.
• Set up and break down check-in areas and employee meals.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed by all associates.
• Support other tasks as assigned by the HR team.
