Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Game Day Supervisor to oversee concession operations at AT&T Stadium. You will supervise assigned nonprofit groups, ensure quality food and beverage service, and maintain a safe, efficient, guest-focused operation.

You will serve as the primary link between NPO groups and Legends management, ensuring policy compliance and exceptional fan experiences. The role requires 21+ with food handler and TABC certifications, prior F&B or supervisory experience, strong

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Food Handler's Certificate and Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) Certification.
• Previous experience in food & beverage operations, concessions, or supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Must be available to work all AT&T Stadium events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical requirements: stand for extended periods, walk long distances, lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact between assigned NPO groups and Legends management.
• Ensure stands are properly staffed, food prepared to menu recipes, and operations meet safety and efficiency standards.
• Monitor product levels to avoid shortages.
• Conduct pre- and post-event inventories, handle cash deposits, and enforce NPO training rules.
• Operate or oversee POS systems as needed, ensuring service standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Assist in training and motivating NPO groups to maintain operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and alcohol service regulations.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment at all times.
• All other duties as assigned.
