Proof of the Pudding at Circuit of the Americas (COTA) is hiring team members for concessions operations during events in Austin, TX. Ideal candidates have experience in food service operations and enjoy a fast-paced, hands-on role.

Local candidates within 25 miles of COTA are preferred; ServSafe certification is appreciated or training can be provided. You will support concessions and ensure clean, safe, high-quality service across events.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year experience in a food service role emphasizing operations or logistics, high-volume stadium food & beverage preferred.
• Live within 25 miles of COTA preferred.
• ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain training.

Responsabilités

• Receiving product and equipment using forklift, pallet jack, golf cart, or box truck.
• Restocking concession stands from the warehouse using FIFO.
• Stocking concessions, bars, popup locations, and suites with equipment and food & beverage products.
• Perform minor repairs on equipment and plug-and-play electrical/propane gear.
• Assist in all gameday operations and interact with customers professionally.
• Ensure hot and cold food is delivered per food safety standards.
• Disassemble and inventory after events; organize warehouse stock and leftovers.
• Clean and sanitize food contact surfaces; maintain punctuality and reliability.
