Job summary

Proof of the Pudding, operator of COTA Catering, is seeking Hospitality Bartenders for the Premium team at Circuit of The Americas in Austin, TX. This part-time role covers bar set-up, guest service and post-event cleanup.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (preferred), 1+ year bartending experience, TIPs/TEAM certification, and knowledge of upscale/VIP service styles. Vehicle flexibility and reliability are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years of bartending experience.
• Must be TIPs/TEAM certified (will accept Team certification or will provide training).
• Knowledge of upscale/VIP service styles required.

Responsibilities

• Pre- & post bar set-up and breakdown responsibilities.
• Set bar up in a timely manner, including icing down product.
• Coordinates with bar back during events for replenishment.
• Greets guests and delivers exceptional customer service.
• Maintains guest needs throughout events.
• Cleans bar after closing and discards excess ice.
• Records closing inventory and stores inventory as directed.
• Follows all federal, local, and venue alcohol policies.
