Job summary

Circuit of The Americas (COTA) Catering operates Proof of the Pudding and is seeking Hospitality Bartenders for premium events in Austin, TX. The role focuses on bar setup, guest service, inventory control and adherence to alcohol policies in a fast-paced environment.

The position is part-time hourly, with responsibilities including pre/post event setup, timely bar service, inventory recording, and a commitment to exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years of bartending experience.
• TIPs/TEAM certified (training provided if needed).
• Knowledge of upscale/VIP service styles.

Responsibilities

• Pre- and post-bar setup/breakdown responsibilities.
• Set bar up in a timely manner and ice down products.
• Coordinate with bar back for replenishment during shifts.
• Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Attend to guests' needs throughout the event.
• Clean bar after closing and discard excess ice.
• Record closing inventory and store inventory as directed.
• Follow federal, local, and venue alcohol policies.
