• Own the gameplay and design direction for overseas casual mobile games Manage the full product lifecycle, including roadmaps, milestones, scope, budgets, and delivery Research global market trends, popular games, and competitors to inform product development strategy and direction Coordinate design, art, and engineering teams to drive development progress and ensure game quality
• Lead soft launches, global releases, and long-term live operations; analyze post-launch performance and develop improvement strategies Monitor core metrics with the data team, including retention, average revenue per daily active user (ARPDAU), and lifetime value (LTV), and drive data-driven product optimization Run agile processes using Jira and Confluence
• Identify and report risks early and maintain transparent workflows

Требования:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 5+ Years of experience in the gaming industry, including 3+ years in mobile free-to-play games
• Proven track record of successfully launching and iterating casual games from zero to one
• Practical experience and deep understanding of free-to-play economies and live operations
• Strong market insight, influence, accountability, and execution
• Experience managing remote or distributed teams
• Fluent English
• Proficient with Jira and Confluence
