Job summary

Main Event is seeking a friendly Games Attendant to keep our games floor energized. You’ll be tech-savvy, greet Guests, demonstrate games, monitor safety, stock and sanitize equipment, and help Guests redeem prizes while delivering FUN memories.

You’ll work with the team across shifts, learn our entertainment options, perform opening/closing duties, and report wear-and-tear to the Tech team. Prior experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Guest focused mindset and a positive attitude.
• Savvy with technology and eager to learn new things.
• Teamwork is essential and communication with staff is key.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcoming Guests and acting as an ambassador of FUN.
• Monitor activities and ensure games are stocked, clean and safe.
• Provide exceptional service and assist with questions on prizes and point redemption.
• Perform opening, mid-day or closing duties.
