Job summary

Main Event is hiring for a Games Attendant to operate on the games floor with a focus on guest experience, safety, and FUN. You’ll know our games, guide guests to prizes, and help keep the area clean and stocked while delivering high standards of sanitation.

You’ll engage guests, assist with point redemption, and partner with the Technical Team to identify wear-and-tear. Availability for days, nights, or weekends is needed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Guest-focused mindset with a friendly attitude.
• Savvy with technology and quick to learn new tools.
• Teamwork is essential; strong communication with peers and guests.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in the venue.
• Welcome guests and be an ambassador of FUN.
• Monitor and ensure games and activities are stocked, clean, and safe.
• Provide excellent service to create memorable experiences.
• Assist guests with questions about prizes and point redemption.
• Perform minor repairs to games and vests.
• Report wear-and-tear to the Technical Team.
• Handle opening, mid-day, or closing duties.
