Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Games Attendant to keep the games floor lively and safe. You will monitor attractions like Laser Tag, Mini Golf, and Rock Climbing, assist Guests with questions about prizes and point redemption, and help maintain clean, stocked games.

You will perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties, report wear and tear to the Technical Team, and uphold safety standards while delivering FUN experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Customer-centric mindset and enthusiasm for creating fun experiences.
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new systems.
• Ability to collaborate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.

Responsibilities

• Monitor activities (Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms, Gel Blasters, Rock Climbing) to keep them stocked, clean and safe.
• Create memorable experiences by delivering exceptional service.
• Keep games and Winner's Choice clean and stocked; assist with questions on point redemption.
• Perform minor repairs on games and laser tag vests.
• Report wear-and-tear or damages to the Technical Team; communicate issues clearly.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in daily operations.
• Welcome and engage with guests; act as a FUN ambassador.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties.
