Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Retail Supervisor in Baltimore to lead the front-line part-time retail team across daily operations, coaching, and game day execution, with Manager on Duty responsibilities in a full-time schedule including days, nights, weekends, and extended hours during events.

You will leverage data, automation, and AI-enabled insights to drive store and venue sales results and deliver an outstanding fan experience, while coaching Retail Associates and Leads to maintain high-energy,

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience working in retail or sales, with prior leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop front‑line team members based on observed performance and operational expectations.
• Proficiency in retail operation systems including POS, OpSuite, My Playbook, Service Now, and OKTA, or the ability to learn these systems quickly.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build partnerships, work effectively across all levels of management, and lead a part‑time team with confidence.
• Ability to anticipate problems, act decisively under pressure, and maintain operational standards during high‑volume game day and event scenarios.
• Fun, outgoing, confident, and professional demeanor with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional fan experiences.
• Ability to regularly sit, stand, reach, bend, and move throughout the facility; must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. Must be comfortable working in various outdoor weather conditions when assigned to a venue‑based location.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front‑line part‑time retail team across daily operations, coaching, and game day execution.
• Perform Manager on Duty responsibilities and maintain store standards across venue conditions.
• Collaborate with store Leadership on revenue targets, per cap, and UPT, using observed data to guide decisions.
• Provide hands‑on training and ongoing assistance to Retail Associates and Retail Leads.
• Ensure an exemplary fan experience on every interaction, especially during games and events.
• Use FANATS systems and digital tools to improve efficiency and performance.
• Adapt quickly to changing event conditions and staffing needs with a solutions‑oriented mindset.
