Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• CCNA/CCNP IT certifications preferred.
• Experience in a complex multisite environment with high availability.

Responsibilities

• Server Administration across Windows, Linux, and Unix environments.
• Cloud Operations with AWS, Azure, and O365 for enterprise workloads.
• VMware virtualization management and troubleshooting for scalable infra.
• Network monitoring with SolarWinds and DataDog for reliability.
• Incident management to meet SLAs and rapid escalation when needed.
• Implement security best practices in on‑prem and cloud environments.
• Create and maintain detailed topology maps and troubleshooting procedures.
