Job summary

Fanatics Commerce, the global leader in licensed sports merchandise, is seeking a Retail Associate for the Houston Dynamo & Dash Team Store in Houston, TX. You will greet fans, recommend products, process sales at the POS, and help maintain a welcoming, high-energy shopping environment during home games and events.

You should be at least 18, with customer service or retail experience, and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and special events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout shifts; lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities
