The candidate should be comfortable handling transactions, troubleshooting ticket issues, and assisting guests during high-volume entry periods, with flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in sport events or large-scale operations.
• Familiarity with Tixr or similar ticketing systems.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and communication.
• Ability to stand, walk and work outdoors in varied weather.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive guest assistance at venue entrances and help guests navigate the venue.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot mobile ticketing issues on Tixr including transfers and purchases.
• Assist with crowd flow, guest inquiries, and ticketing support during high-traffic periods.
• Maintain a customer-friendly, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
