Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver data-driven, fan-focused service on game days and in-store operations. You will greet fans, guide purchases, and help maintain sales floor standards with professionalism, while collaborating across teams.

The role requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and events, with POS transactions and brand representation responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and special events.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout shifts, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and assist with shopping experience.
• Make recommendations based on observations and conversations with fans.
• Ensure fans enjoy a top-notch shopping experience.
• Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards with an eye to detail.
• Process sales transactions via the Fanatics POS system.
• Represent Fanatics brand professionally across settings.
• Take on additional responsibilities as directed by management.
