The Houston Rockets Team shop seeks a Retail Associate to deliver a complete shopping experience with product knowledge and high energy. You will handle sales, assist customers on the floor and at the POS, and help maintain inventory and display standards during events.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and at least two years in retail or sales, with strong communication, a team mindset, and the ability to meet sales goals throughout shifts.

• Greet customers, direct them to racks, and advise on products.
• Assist others to ensure quality customer service and sales.
