Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred; 1–3 years relevant work experience, preferably at the college level.
• Must be able to drive 12-passenger vans.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends are required.

Responsibilities

• Direct game-day operations management for home athletic contests.
• Serve as primary on-site administrator to resolve logistical issues and ensure spectator experience.
• Manage facility setup/takedown and ensure compliance with NCAA, conference, and university policies.
• Conduct pre-contest inspections of surfaces/equipment to meet standards.
• Oversee lifeguard staffing and pool safety for aquatic events.
• Hire, train, and supervise student contest management staff; manage time reporting/payroll.
