Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct game-day operations management for home athletic contests; serve as on-site administrator to resolve logistical issues.
• Manage facility setup and takedown; conduct pre-contest inspections; ensure compliance with NCAA/ university policies.
• Hire, train and supervise student contest management staff; manage payroll and time reporting.
• Oversee lifeguard staffing for pool-related events; ensure pool/deck safety and certifications.
• Plan and execute maintenance for Athletics van fleet; maintain service records and schedule visits.
