Galpin Motors is seeking Automotive Sales Consultants to create exceptional car-buying experiences at Galpin Ford in Woodland Hills, CA. You will guide customers through online and in-store options, becoming a product expert for Ford, Honda, Jaguar, and more, while representing Galpin’s legacy of service.

You’ll drive a smooth process from initial contact to delivery, building relationships and encouraging repeat business through strong customer care and teamwork.

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll use your automotive experience to guide our customers through a smooth and stress free buying experience, from the first point of contact, to the contract and paperwork process, and finally delivery of their new vehicle. You’ll have the opportunity to be a part of Galpin’s legacy in an environment that values collaboration and results.

Some of What You’ll do:

• Create a welcoming and exciting car buying experience for all Galpin customers.


• Assess the needs of customers and guide them to purchase or lease a vehicle using the method that meets their needs, whether that be fully online, in-store or a combination of online and in-store.


• Become a product expert and ambassador for all Galpin products and services.


• Ensure a smooth and stress free buying experience for guests, from the first point of contact, to the contract and paperwork process, and finally delivery of their new vehicle.


• Review operating features, warranty and finalized paperwork with customers ensuring that they feel confident in their new vehicle purchase .


• Develop customer relationships and maintain prospecting endeavors that encourage repeat business and create lifelong Galpin customers!
