Galpin Motors, Inc. is hiring Automotive Technicians at Galpin Ford in North Hills, CA. You’ll join a high-volume service team that offers top pay, comprehensive benefits, and career growth.

Earn $18.42–$60.00 per hour, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. Work on hybrids, EVs, and Ford tech with modern bays and strong parts support. We provide training and promote from within, helping you advance to Master Tech and leadership roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Solid understanding of electrical systems, A/C, brakes, and front-end work.
• ASE and Ford certifications are a big plus (and we’ll help you get them if you don’t have them yet).
• Clear and confident communication skills.
• Strong commitment to customer service.
• A professional work ethic, reliability, and personal integrity.

Responsibilities

• Run full bumper-to-bumper diagnostics with precision and confidence.

• Service cutting-edge hybrid and electric vehicles.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and teammates to keep things moving smoothly.
• Stay up to date with the latest factory training and follow all safety protocols.
