Summary

The Gallery Host provides world‑class service to guests by greeting and directing clients, managing check‑in for interior design services and restaurant waitlists, and maintaining the presentation and safety of the gallery. This role supports concierge tasks including coat and umbrella check and valet validation, assists with events, and connects clients with appropriate associates. The host represents the brand through polished communication, professional appearance, and dependable execution of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically greet and engage clients as they enter the Gallery to deliver world‑class service
• Manage check‑in for RH Interior Design services and restaurant waitlist and connect clients with appropriate Associates
• Provide coat and umbrella check, occasional concierge service, and valet validation
• Set up and break down the Gallery host station and monitor gallery areas for cleanliness, safety, and code compliance
• Assist with onsite and offsite events and report guest feedback or escalations to leadership

Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience
• Energetic, accountable, team oriented, and willing to learn
• Reliable with ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and stand and walk for extended periods
