Job summary

RH is seeking a Gallery Host in Minneapolis to deliver world-class service and to represent the RH brand with polished communication and professionalism.

You will engage guests, answer questions about RH Interior Design Services, and assist with check-in, wayfinding and event needs while maintaining a safe, clean gallery environment.

• Live RH vision, values and beliefs every day.
• Represent the RH brand through communication and appearance.
• Engage RH clients as they enter the Gallery with world-class service.
• Answer questions about RH Interior Design Services and connect to an Associate.
• Provide discreet service: greeting, wayfinding, check-in, coat and umbrella, valet validation.
• Assist with daily setup/breakdown of the Gallery host station and monitor areas.
• Assist with onsite and offsite events as needed.
• Provide feedback on guest comments or escalations to leadership.

RH is seeking a Gallery Host to join our team in providing world-class service to guests while taking great care of our equipment and facilities.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Represent the RH brand through polished communication, personal appearance and professionalism
• Enthusiastically engage RH clients as they enter the Gallery, eagerly delivering world-class service
• Answer guest questions about RH Interior Design Services and connect them with the appropriate Associate to further the customer experience
• Provide friendly yet discreet and unobtrusive service in the following areas: greeting, wayfinding, check-in for RH Interior Design and restaurant waitlist, coat and umbrella check, occasional concierge service and valet validation
• Assist with daily setup and breakdown of the Gallery host station and monitor Gallery areas to ensure they are kept clean, safe and code compliant
• Assist with onsite and offsite events as needed
• Provide feedback on guest comments or escalations to leadership team
