Job summary

The Alzheimer’s Association is seeking a Director, Relationship Events in Cincinnati, OH to lead the Gala and wrap-around events, drive revenue growth, and recruit/coach volunteers and corporate partners. You will partner with the Vice President of Development to implement the fundraising plan and manage sponsor/donor fulfillment.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in corporate fundraising and gala/event management, with strong leadership, communication, and travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in corporate fundraising and relationship building.
• 3–5 years of gala/special events experience with proven results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Gala and wrap-around events.
• Recruit, train, coach, and manage volunteers to meet revenue goals.
• Build relationships with sponsors, donors, and community leaders.
• Manage all financial aspects of sponsor and donor fulfillment.
• Cultivate Gala sponsors/donors to achieve development goals.
• Maintain year-round relationships with key sponsors and volunteers.
• Organize outreach activities promoting the Association's mission.
• Ensure adherence to Alzheimer’s Association standards and participate in professional development.
