Job summary

The Alzheimer's Association in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Director of Development to lead fundraising programs, grow peer-to-peer events, and build strong corporate and community partnerships across Northwest Ohio and Greater East Ohio.

In this leadership role you will coach a team of six development staff, mentor volunteers, and drive revenue growth through strategic campaigns, donor stewardship, and event management for Walk to End Alzheimer’s and related initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in sales/business or related field.
• 5-7 years of proven experience recruiting and mobilizing volunteers and community leaders to achieve goals.
• Experience with mass market events like Walk is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive success and achieve revenue goals through staff coaching and volunteer engagement.
• Oversee 6 Walk to End Alzheimer’s events and related campaigns.
• Develop fundraising strategies with corporate partnerships and peer-to-peer initiatives.
• Coach and mentor a team of six development staff toward revenue targets.
