Job summary

The Alzheimer's Association in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Manager, Relationship Events to oversee the Memory Gala and related events, driving revenue and volunteer engagement in line with the chapter's strategy. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Three years of proven experience in corporate fundraising and relationship building.
• Three years of gala/special events experience with proven fundraising success and strong volunteer management.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the Chapter’s Gala and wrap-around events.
• Recruit, train, coach, and manage volunteers to meet revenue and engagement goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, donors, volunteers, and corporate partners.
• Manage all financial aspects of sponsor and donor fulfillment.
• Cultivate Gala sponsors and donors to achieve development goals.
• Maintain year-round relationships with sponsors and volunteers across chapter activities.
• Collaborate with the volunteer planning committee on outreach activities promoting the Alzheimer's Association.
• Ensure organizational standards are followed.
• Participate in professional growth opportunities.
