Job summary

The Manager, Relationship Events at the Alzheimer’s Association leads the Memory Gala and related fundraising events in San Antonio, coordinating volunteer recruitment, sponsor cultivation, and donor fulfillment to meet revenue goals.

Reporting to the VP of Development, this full-time role builds relationships with volunteers, sponsors, and corporate partners, oversees event operations, and ensures compliance with organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Three years of proven corporate fundraising and relationship-building experience.
• Experience with galas/special events and volunteer management.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of the Chapter’s Gala and wrap around events.
• Lead high-level volunteer recruitment, training, coaching, and management to achieve revenue and engagement goals.
• Build and sustain relationships with volunteers, sponsors, and corporate partners.
