• Previous leasing or property management experience in a multifamily or residential setting is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Gainesville, FL, including some evenings and weekends as needed for leasing activities.
• Comfort with property management software, basic computer applications, and digital tools used for leasing and resident communication.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple prospects and tasks simultaneously.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or leasing certifications are a plus.
