• Answer telephones per company policy.
• Greet residents and prospects promptly with a friendly welcome.
• Abide by Fair Housing guidelines and company policies.
• Complete guest cards on all prospects.
• Take all prospects on a complete tour of the premises.
• Promote resident retention by establishing a good rapport with the residents.
• Complete necessary administrative duties.
