Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking an Analyst to ensure timely GAAP-compliant financial reporting and support stores and the Store Support Center. The role covers monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, and policy compliance.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and strong technical accounting skills. Limited travel is required and the team emphasizes collaboration and accuracy.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, financial statement analysis, and internal controls.
• Ability to research difficult accounting topics and present findings to the Corporate Controller, CFO, and auditors.
• Drive process improvements and develop systematic processes.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates and completes monthly close procedures, including journal entries and general ledger reviews.
• Performs general to complex accounting functions in support of departmental duties.
• Prepares monthly and quarterly accounting and reporting for senior management; assists with ad hoc analyses.
• Ensures information supports budget forecasting and reporting needs; balances sheet reconciliations and rollforwards.
