Job summary

Dun & Bradstreet is seeking a finance professional in the United States to manage the accounting close, subledgers, and statutory reporting while ensuring GAAP compliance. You will work with auditors and support payroll processing and system improvements.

With 2+ years of financial experience, expertise in ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/Workday) and strong analytical skills, you will contribute across finance and operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Auditing.
• Qualified Chartered Accountant is preferred but not essential.
• 2+ years significant financial and accounting experience.
• In-depth knowledge of local statutory accounting, regulations, and tax compliance.
• Proficiency in financial systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft NetSuite, Workday).

Responsibilities

• Prepare various portions of the accounting close, including standards, Fixed Asset subledger, manual journal entries, accrued expense and revenue functions.
• Assist auditors with queries and statutory accounts preparation.
• Support payroll processing and analysis.
• Ensure monthly close cycle is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare financial statements with variance analysis against budget/ prior periods/forecasts.
• Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts and maintain SOX controls documentation.
• Maintain US GAAP vs Local GAAP reconciliations and drive process improvements.
