Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking an Accounting Analyst to support GAAP-based month-end close, reconciliations, and financial audits. You will collaborate with the accounting manager and finance teams, bringing strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of accounting experience, ideally in public accounting, with ERP systems experience (Oracle/SAP) and proficiency in Excel and Word.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2–3 years accounting experience minimum, preferably in public accounting.
• CPA certification a plus.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ability to research guidance for proper accounting treatment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and keep manager informed.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (Oracle and SAP) and proficiency in Excel/Word.
• Aptitude for learning new systems.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and balance workload.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end close process and close activities, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Perform analyses of cash, prepaid expenses, operating accruals and accounts payable per GAAP.
• Collaborate with finance and business teams to provide timely support.
• Assist with the annual audit process with independent auditors.
