Job summary

Westlake seeks a results-driven Territory Manager to act as a trusted partner to distributors, expanding volume and mix of our building products in the Georgia market. The role involves meeting sales, mix, and profitability targets across Vinyl Siding, PVC Trim & Moldings, Zuri Decking, and more.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of direct sales experience in building products, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, and a consultative selling mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum 3 years direct sales in building products or related field.

Responsibilities

• Establish and strengthen relationships with dealers and distributors.
• Drive growth by expanding share within distribution channels.
• Develop dealer and contractor relationships to pull more business through to distributors.
• Analyze territory to set targets for distribution expansion and sales.
• Understand product installation to assist distributors with training and support.
• Collaborate with Marketing on programs and channel strategies.
• Travel as needed to meet customers and attend trade shows.
