Job summary

Westlake Chemical Corporation is seeking a Territory Manager to grow volume and product mix in the Georgia market, representing Westlake Royal Building Product brands. The role focuses on dealer and contractor relationships, training, and supporting distributors with sales strategies.

The ideal candidate will sit in Atlanta, GA, travel roughly 50% of the time, and work with Marketing to execute programs while meeting sales and profitability targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years direct sales experience; building product sales preferred.
• Excellent negotiating skills and strong relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Consultative mindset and solution-oriented selling approach.
• Existing strong relationships within dealer/distribution channels is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce or other deal desk systems; MS Office suite.
• Proficiency with Teams and Outlook 365.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong relationships with existing customers.
• Create opportunities and increase share within distribution channels.
• Develop dealer and contractor relationships to pull business through to distributors.
• Analyze territory needs and set targets for distribution expansion.
• Understand product installation to assist distributors and customers.
• Participate in channel strategy for the territory.
• Collaborate with Marketing to support programs and provide intelligence.
• Operate within expense budget parameters.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations; represent at trade shows.
• Monitor sales statistics and inventory needs; manage customer preferences.
• Travel to customer sites and sell services; increase sales for Westlake Royal brands.
