Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in supporting compliance and risk and control operations in a government affairs setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to prepare materials for senior leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AI-related tools and applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate budget tracking, invoicing, onboarding, and governance activities for GA operations.
• Support the GAOps Control Help Desk and respond to stakeholder inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external lobbying, campaign finance, pay-to-play, and gift laws.
