Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Experience supporting governance committees or similar forums is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate across teams and drive risk-aware decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support Citi's governance committees: coordinate meetings, manage agendas, ensure action-item follow-up.
• Develop and maintain tools for stakeholder management and governance reporting.
• Track unit performance against priorities, identify gaps and opportunities.
• Prepare reports, metrics, and presentations with clear communication of concepts and principles.
