Citi Global Markets is seeking a Business Risk Senior Analyst - AVP to join the 1LOD Markets Controls Testing team. You will plan, execute, and report control testing across trading and sales businesses, delivering clear control assessments and compelling summarised outputs.

The role emphasizes strong stakeholder engagement, testing discipline, and collaboration with Front Office, Markets Conduct Risk, Compliance and Operational Risk. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office controls testing or related audits.
• Knowledge of Markets Sales and Trading activities, risks and controls.
• Strong testing techniques and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, relevant industry experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and report control testing for Markets Trading and Sales.
• Maintain high standards and documentation for testing activities.
• Challenge stakeholders on design and effectiveness of controls.
• Support remediation identified through testing program.
• Maintain relationships with Front Office, Compliance and Operational Risk.
• Draft impactful summaries from the testing program.
