Job summary

Solairus Aviation is seeking a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager to lead a flight department at the Morristown, NJ airport. The CAM will supervise personnel, coordinate training, manage scheduling, and ensure adherence to Solairus and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate has a strong leadership background, extensive flight time, and experience in multiple facets of flight operations. This role requires on-call availability and relocation within 2 hours of KMMU.

Qualifications

• Total time 3000 hours.
• PIC 1500 hours.
• MEL 1500 hours.
• MEL PIC 500 hours.
• Time in Turbo Jet 500 hours.
• Instrument Time 250 hours.
• First class medical required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises assigned personnel to ensure compliance with Solairus policies and FAA regulations.
• Monitors dress code and conduct to maintain high standards.
• Coordinates crew and maintenance training with training contractor.
• Develops scheduling procedures for reliable aircraft scheduling.
• Updates flight coordinator on schedule changes and aviation matters.
• Promotes customer goodwill and maintains professional demeanor.
