Job summary

Cohere is seeking an intermediate Talent Partner to own end-to-end G&A recruitment, from strategy to close, in a fast-growing company. You will partner with hiring managers across Legal, Finance, Marketing and People to attract world-class talent while ensuring a top-tier candidate experience.

You’ll use data-driven approaches, leverage Ashby, and influence cross-functional stakeholders to build scalable recruiting processes.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of G&A full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth environments.
• Creative problem solver who adapts to ambiguity in a fast-growing scale-up.
• Natural influencer who collaborates cross-functionally and drives decisions.
• Data-driven approach to recruiting and talent-market insights.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusive recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle recruitment process for G&A functions (Legal, Finance, Marketing, People, etc.).
• Ensure candidates have a world-class recruiting experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to craft effective sourcing strategies.
• Source proactively and optimize the top of the funnel.
• Build relationships with diverse tech and talent communities.
• Attend industry events and represent the TA team.
