Anthropic is seeking an experienced G&A Recruiter to partner with hiring managers across General & Administrative teams. You’ll own searches from high-volume pipelines to strategic, hard-to-fill roles, balancing speed with quality and candidate experience.

You’ll use data and AI-driven methods to surface issues early, build scalable processes, and drive hiring outcomes across a diverse portfolio while upholding Anthropic's mission and culture.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting across G&A functions (Finance, Legal, People, Operations) and understand how profiles, comp, and assessment criteria differ across levels.
• Capable of fluidly moving between high-volume pipelines and strategic senior searches while preserving quality and candidate experience.
• Managed heavy req loads across multiple hiring managers using data to prioritize bottlenecks and surface issues early.
• Builds repeatable processes and experiments with AI/automation to increase throughput.
• Strong stakeholder management — integrates into hiring rhythms and adds value beyond execution.
• Owns outcomes with an ownership mindset across a diverse portfolio.

Responsibilities
