Job summary

Citizens Global Markets in Boston seeks an experienced FX marketer to own the Middle Market Banking FX book, targeting existing and developing markets. You will originate, structure, and execute FX risk management and cross-border payment solutions for MMB clients, partnering with Commercial Banking, Treasury Solutions, and Capital Markets to expand revenue and elevate Citizens' brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years FX sales/marketing experience across a variety of industries.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA and/or CFA preferred.
• Proficiency in Bloomberg, Excel-based financial modeling, and PowerPoint.
• Frequent travel required to support client engagements and business development across multiple geographies.

Responsibilities

• Grow the MMB FX book and expand revenue across markets—origination, engagement, and risk management.
• Generate revenue through spot, forwards, options, swaps, and cross-border payments with cross-functional collaboration.
• Collaborate with Commercial Banking, Treasury Solutions, Capital Markets, and Global Markets to cross-sell solutions and elevate the Citizens brand.
• Build and retain client relationships by understanding payments and risk management strategies and providing timely market updates.
• Support FX payment and platform initiatives to improve client experience and efficiency.
• Mentor junior team members and strengthen a collaborative FX culture.
