Job summary

Western Alliance Bank is seeking an Associate Foreign Exchange Sales professional within the Global Markets Group to develop FX business opportunities and expand client utilization of FX products and services. You will work with Relationship Managers and internal partners to identify opportunities, conduct portfolio reviews, and educate clients on market developments.

The role targets early-career professionals and emphasizes analytical skills, client engagement, and governance-aligned business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop foreign exchange opportunities through portfolio reviews, referrals, relationship development and proactive business development.
• Build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to identify and advance FX opportunities.
• Conduct client and portfolio reviews to identify FX exposures and opportunities for increased FX utilization.
• Communicate market developments and currency trends to clients and internal partners.
• Deliver FX presentations, market updates, and platform demonstrations for clients and internal stakeholders.
