Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking an experienced FX marketer to cover and grow the Middle Market Banking FX book, originating, structuring and executing FX risk management and cross-border payment solutions for MMB clients. You will work with partners across the bank to grow the FX business and elevate the Citizens brand.

Primary responsibilities include growing the MMB FX book, generating revenue through spot/forward/option swaps and cross-currency payments, and collaborating across departments to

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years of FX sales/marketing experience across industries.
• Strong command of FX wallet: spot, forwards, options, swaps, and cross-border payments.
• Well-versed in credit, cash management/treasury, and Dodd-Frank as they relate to FX solutions.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA and/or CFA preferred.
• Proficiency in Bloomberg, Excel-based financial modeling, and PowerPoint.
• Frequent travel required to support client engagements across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Grow the MMB FX book with strategies to expand revenue and market share.
• Drive new business by executing spot, forwards, options, swaps, and cross-currency activities.
• Collaborate across Commercial Banking, Treasury Solutions, Capital Markets, and Global Markets to cross-sell solutions.
• Deliver client-focused FX risk management and cross-border payment solutions.
• Advance technology initiatives to enhance FX payments and platforms.
• Mentor junior talent and share market knowledge to build a strong FX culture.
