Job summary

JCW Group is seeking a Sales Associate for North America, focusing on FX and interest-rate hedging solutions for corporate and financial institution clients. You will build relationships with CFOs and Treasurers, presenting hedging ideas and strategies.

You will price and execute FX and rates products, collaborate with credit and operations to close deals, and drive new business while supporting treasury risk initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in FX and/or rates sales at a bank, with a North American client base
• Strong track record of winning and closing business with corporate clients
• Ability to explain market risk clearly to senior finance audiences
• Commercial, collaborative approach (treasury exposure is a plus)
