Western Alliance Bank, a subsidiary of Western Alliance Bancorporation, seeks a Banking Operations Business Analyst for FX Ops. You will support enterprise initiatives, act as FX back office SME, and drive testing with QA and IT teams.

You will collaborate with operations, product leadership, project management, IT and vendor partners to deliver enhancements to FX products and processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Treasury Management Service or similar field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Knowledge of banking operations, regulatory obligations and compliance.
• Experience documenting workflows and timelines.

Responsabilités

• Support Enterprise initiatives with FX Ops enhancements and testing.
• Act as SME for FX back office and document requirements.
• Lead testing with QA, IT and SME teams to quality outcomes.
• Facilitate meetings and drive project status updates.
• Lead smaller functional projects and drive process improvements.
• Ensure testing results align with objectives and escalate changes.
