Job summary

Western Alliance Bancorporation is seeking a Banking Operations Business Analyst - FX Ops in Columbus, OH to support enterprise initiatives in Foreign Exchange Operations. You will act as a back office SME, analyze business needs, and drive testing with QA and cross-functional teams.

You will configure ION Spectrum queues, write business requirements, facilitate meetings, and lead testing efforts while supporting process improvements and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in Treasury Management Service or similar field.
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
• Experience with FX operations and payments knowledge including FX Payments, SWIFT, RTP, Digital Assets.
• Experience documenting workflows, functional designs, and testing/implementation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing ION Spectrum queues and workflows.
• Identify, develop, and write business requirements to support projects and define system/functional requirements.
• Facilitate meetings and coordinate with team members to meet project plans.
• Lead testing efforts and support project teams throughout development and testing.
• Lead smaller scale business unit efforts and prepare status communications on project progress.
• Ensure testing results align with expectations and drive changes as needed.
