University of La Verne is seeking a Theatre Technical Student Assistant to help with day-to-day operations of the Theatre Department and support stagecraft labs. This is an ongoing student position open to ULV students with Federal Work Study eligibility for the 2026-2027 year.
Candidates should be familiar with theatre tools and techniques such as sewing, painting, carpentry, electrics, graphics, and related software or programming, and be prepared to assist in building and maintaining sets,
This is an ongoing position which requires reapplication for the first two semesters. However the department is interested training individuals for long term commitments who may be striving for a position that provides leadership experience. Please be ready to articulate how your work in the theatre can benefit the department and how this experience may relate to your future or immediate goals.
